  • What happens before the first treatment?

Before your first treatment I will send you a lifestyle and health form to fill in and send back to me. This will allow you more time for your treatment on the day of your appointment.

Hygiene and cleanliness are priorities for me and you. Although it’s best to have clean, freshly washed feet if possible before having the treatment, I will clean and refresh the feet at the start of the treatment.

  • How many treatments do I need?

The number of treatments can vary depending on your individual needs and goals. Some people may benefit from regular sessions for ongoing support, while others may find relief after just a few sessions. I can provide you guidance based on your specific situation after the 1st treatment.

  • What can I expect during a reflexology session?

During a reflexology session, you will be comfortably seated or lying down while I apply pressure to the reflex points on your feet (sometimes up to past the ankles) or hands using my fingers.

I use organic oils and balms with essential oils during the treatments. Please don’t worry if you’re ticklish - I should be able to relax you to enjoy the treatment.

  • Are there any side effects of reflexology?

Reflexology is a non-invasive therapy and generally makes you feel energised, more relaxed, lighter. Sometimes before that happens the body’s natural healing process may let you feel for a day or two cold like symptoms, decreased energy levels, increased bowel movement.

  • Is reflexology painful?

Reflexology should not be painful. While you may feel some mild discomfort or sensitivity in some areas, it should be a very relaxing treatment.

The pressure applied should always be in your comfort zone. I will be checking in with you to ask whether the applied pressure is right for you.

  • What is your location?

At the moment I give reflexology treatments at my place: Grace House, flat 6

Sydenham Avenue, SE26 6UJ

London
