Comprehensive Reflexology Approaches for Sports Injuries, Women's Well-being,
Alleviating Stress & Anxiety, and Providing Assistance in Cancer Care
What is clinical reflexology?
Clinical reflexology is a non-invasive, complementary therapy that applies pressure on specific reflex points on the feet and hands, creating a stimulus that encourages the body's natural healing mechanisms. This therapy is a great way to alleviate stress, revitalize energy levels, and provide yourself with relaxation and self-care. Each reflexology session is tailored to the individual and their unique needs.

What is it good for?
Reflexology is increasingly being adopted as a means to promote holistic wellbeing. It can help decrease levels of stress, ease muscular tension, improve circulation, and support the immune system's natural functioning - as well as helping to combat a range of physical and emotional ailments.

ABOUT ME
Bio
I have always been seeking connections with human beings. This has led me down different paths in my working life. First, as a linguist, then working with non-verbal and autistic children in an SEN school in London, before becoming a professional reflexologist. It was having a Reflexology session myself which awakened me to the powerful impact this treatment has.
I was desperate for relief from the debilitating symptoms caused by my endometriosis, so I decided to give Reflexology a try when a friend suggested it. After my first session, I was amazed to find that this alternative therapy could have such a powerful and life-changing effect on my condition. I could feel a considerable improvement in my wellness, both physically and mentally, as if somehow Reflexology had managed to target areas of me that traditional remedies had been unable to reach. I was truly amazed.

I studied Practitioner Reflexology at Jubilee College, and achieved a Level 5 Diploma – the highest regulated qualification in Reflexology and recognised by the NHS. I also hold Mental Health First Aider qualifications.
